Job Summary
The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficient manpower utilization, maintaining quality standards, and achieving production targets. This role involves coordinating workforce activities, monitoring production performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor employee attendance and allocate manpower effectively in line with the production plan to maximize efficiency and product quality.
• Supervise and ensure manpower performance meets established standards, and that production output aligns with planned targets.
• Verify, record, and maintain accurate production data and machinery inspection reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) to support operational efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on quality policies, procedures, and updates to ensure understanding and compliance.
• Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions in accordance with management policies.
• Ensure that all necessary quality-related information, including quality management systems, is communicated clearly and accurately to employees.
• Monitor and confirm the progress of finished goods delivery to ensure shipments are completed according to schedule.
• Evaluate training outcomes for new employees and develop plans to enhance workforce capabilities and productivity.
• Support company and departmental activities and initiatives to the best of ability.
• Comply with all instructions and assignments from the direct supervisor and authorized management.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 3 years’ experience in production SMT supervision.
• Strong leadership, Teamwork, and Problem-solving skills.
• Experience in SMT machine operation SPI, Mounter, AOI, and Selective Wave Solder experience with SMT Smart factory.
• Able to use English for work. (Reading, Writing, Spoken)
