Position: Production Engineering Technician
Job Description
Support and resolve issues on assembly lines to ensure smooth daily production.
Maintain machines, jigs, fixtures, and related production equipment.
Perform on‑site troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production process improvements.
Support New Model / New Line activities during installation and ramp‑up.
Prepare and update working documents such as Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to maintain stable operations.
Qualifications
Diploma, High Vocational Certificate, or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical fields.
2–5 years of experience in production lines, assembly, or engineering technician roles.
Good understanding of manufacturing and mass production environments.
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work effectively on the shop floor and in a team.
Experience in New Model introduction or process improvement will be an advantage.
