The Learning & Development Section Manager role leads employer branding, recruitment strategy, recruitment process improvement, and onboarding activities in support of workforce planning and wider business objectives. This onsite position is ideal for an experienced Human Resources professional with strong talent acquisition expertise and the ability to work closely with HR leadership and key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute employer branding strategies to strengthen the company’s presence in the talent market and attract high-quality candidates, working closely with HR leadership and key stakeholders
Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning and business objectives, ensuring the attraction and selection of top talent
Continuously enhance recruitment processes, tools, and the candidate experience to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency
Analyse recruitment metrics and workforce data, including hiring sources, time to fill, turnover, probation outcomes, salary benchmarks, and exit trends, to support data-driven decision-making
Develop and manage onboarding programmes to support the smooth integration of new hires and accelerate their readiness and performance during the probation period
Requirements
5–10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with strong expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment management
Solid experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and sourcing through selection, offer management, and onboarding
Proven track record in developing and executing employer branding initiatives to attract and engage top talent
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to identify high-potential candidates aligned with business needs
Excellent sourcing, recruitment, and stakeholder management capabilities
Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organisational levels
