Job Description:
- Develop and manage sales opportunities for security products (e.g. Security systems, CCTV, AED – non-guard services).
- Conduct direct sales activities with clients, especially Japanese Managing Directors, and coordinate with Thai security staff throughout the project lifecycle (acquisition, execution, completion, and follow-up).
- Focus on existing clients (70%) while expanding new business (30%).
- Target mainly Japanese companies, with additional engagement toward Western and Chinese clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships and support long-term business growth.
- Opportunity to grow into managerial and General Manager (GM) roles in the future.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related fields.
- Japanese language ability sufficient to communicate directly with Japanese Managing Directors.
- English proficiency at an intermediate level or above.
- Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory (candidates willing to learn sales are welcome).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently.
- Passion for career growth with long-term commitment to the company.
- Possession of a personal car (required).
Benefits & Compensation
- Bonus: Around 3 months/year (typically paid in June and December).
- Car allowance: 5,000 – 8,000 THB/month, depending on distance.

- Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30–17:45 (Flexible start time between 7:30 – 9:30 AM.)
