Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide sales support.
Prepare quotations and sales documents.
Process purchase orders and coordinate deliveries.
Update customers on delivery status.
Manage after-sales service and customer complaints.
Requirements:
2–3 years’ experience in sales support or customer service.
Intermediate English.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Able to travel occasionally to warehouse (1–2 days; expenses claimable)
