The Injection Section Staff role is responsible for supporting daily plastic injection moulding operations and maintaining a smooth production flow. This position combines process management, machine setup, mould installation, documentation, and supervision of production staff within an automotive parts manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Manage manufacturing processes and labour operations
Prepare and maintain required documentation, including reports in English
Set up injection moulding machines for new products and prepare samples
Oversee the daily operations of injection moulding staff
Install and verify moulds
Ensure a smooth production flow and compliance with company standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
At least five years of experience in production process management within a plastic moulding company
Hands-on experience in setting parameters for plastic injection moulding machines and take-out robots
Proven experience working under IATF 16949 standards
Ability to prepare documents and reports in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong document preparation skills
Able to work two shifts from 08:30 to 20:30 and 20:30 to 08:30
Able to work Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays
Experience in the automotive parts industry is highly preferred
