The Human Resources (HR) role provides strategic and day-to-day HR partnership to assigned business groups, supporting business objectives through recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and employee relations initiatives. The position works closely with leaders, employees, Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), and specialist HR teams while supporting strategic projects and organisational change.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic and tactical HR partnership, advice, and day-to-day support to leaders and employees across assigned business groups
Build effective working relationships with stakeholders, providing guidance and influencing decisions to support business objectives
Lead end-to-end recruitment for permanent and temporary roles, including sourcing strategies, hiring activities, new-hire compliance, and onboarding
Manage workforce and capability planning, organisational design, and related initiatives to meet changing business needs
Manage employee relations matters and conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations
Coach and advise managers on performance, employee relations, disciplinary actions, career development, and talent development
Oversee talent planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and development activities while identifying performance gaps and training, coaching, and mentoring needs
Implement HR best practices across performance management, compensation planning, workforce planning, capability planning, and talent management
Maintain knowledge of relevant employment and compliance requirements, partnering with the legal department and employment attorneys when needed
Provide guidance on HR policies, ensure their consistent interpretation, and recommend updates to policies and the Employee Handbook to maintain compliance
Ensure the HR team can advise managers and employees on HR policies and provide policy training to managers when needed
Partner with International HR, Immigration, Payroll, HRBPs, and the broader HR team to deliver effective HR services and ensure the consistent application of practices and procedures, including the exit management process
Lead the implementation of HR and business initiatives, providing project management expertise for strategic projects and change management activities
Participate in operational meetings, business reviews, and team-building activities, facilitate discussions on HR issues, propose solutions, refine internal processes, and handle other assigned projects and duties
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
8 to 12 years of experience as an HRBP
Strong management, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
Understanding of cross-functional management and the ability to work effectively with senior executives
Strong knowledge of labour laws
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience working in a large-scale organisation will be a strong advantage
Good command of English and Thai
