Job Description

1. HR management and control

2. Recruitment and hiring of subcontractor

3. Payroll and welfare

4. Labor relations

5. Working rules and regulations

6. Performance evaluation for year and employee promotion process

7. Organizing company events

8. Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Experience

1. At least 5 years of experience in human resources

2. At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor

3. Experience with payroll systems and BICS will be considered a plus

4. Experience managing and supervising contract workers

5. A passion for service and participating in activities that foster organizational culture

6. Experience in managing, supervising, and coordinating with labor unions

1. Age 30–35 years old

2. Bachelor’s degree or higher

     2.4 Psychology or related fields
