Experience
At least 5 years of experience in human resources
At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor
Experience with payroll systems and BICS will be considered a plus
Experience managing and supervising contract workers
A passion for service and participating in activities that foster organizational culture
Experience in managing, supervising, and coordinating with labor unions
Other Requirements
Age 30–35 years old
Bachelor’s degree or higher
