Key Responsibilities:
Strategically lead large-size Sales Teams to sell “Unsecured Loan” across all Channels to achieve “Monthly & Yearly Sales Targets” by managing P&L Analysis including Manage grow-up external agent networks
Establish and develop Sales Incentives & Commission Schemes to motivate & to drive sales teams to achieve targets including monitor KPI across sales channels
Develop sales strategies to improve lead conversion, customer databases, customer qualification & satisfaction by lifting-up Quality Standards & SLA Compliance including oversee the development of Unsecured Loan products and build-up team productivity & overall performance
Oversee end‑to‑end loan documentation (Loan Application Forms and T&C stock control) workflows including document input & storage & tracking & retrieval systems and regulatory compliance
Manage “Asset & Collateral Processes” and mitigate risks related to physical asset handling
Manage issuance of NCB notification letters including handle customer inquiries & complaints & service recovery
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields
5+ years of working experience in Senior Management roles with overseeing large-size sales teams
Proven ability to drive “Revenue Growth & Productivity and Profitability”
Strong Leadership & Coaching skills, Good Presentation skill and Succession Planning Capabilities, Strategic Mindset with Hands‑On Execution Ability, Adaptive and Proactive
