Job Description
Support overall general accounting functions, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Inventory control.
Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and aligned with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
Handle statutory tax filings and coordinate with the Revenue Department on corporate tax and compliance matters.
Liaise with external auditors for year-end and special audits.
Support monthly closing by preparing accounting entries, reviewing financial data, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Maintain and update master data in the system (vendor and customer details).
Provide analysis and insights to support management and business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Support process improvements and enhance accounting workflows and efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (MBA is an advantage); CPD required.
Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience in Financial Reporting, General Ledger, Costing, Taxation, and BOI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English.
