The Electronic Components Sales Manager - Japanese Speaker role focuses on developing business opportunities and strengthening key customer relationships across the semiconductor and electronic components sector. Based on site in Bangkok, the position will support regional projects, contribute to sales strategy, and coordinate closely with customers, suppliers, overseas affiliates, and the company’s headquarters in Japan.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage business opportunities within the semiconductor and electronic components sector
Drive new business development activities and expand relationships with key accounts
Support and coordinate projects transferred from the headquarters in Japan, ensuring smooth implementation in Thailand
Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers
Work closely with clients in the automotive, electronics, and manufacturing sectors across Thailand and overseas markets
Coordinate with internal teams, overseas affiliates, suppliers, and the headquarters in Japan
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, proposals, and presentations for management
Support senior management with business planning and the execution of sales strategies
Manage online client meetings and business discussions with overseas stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
JLPT N2 or above, with strong business communication skills in Japanese
Intermediate to advanced English communication skills
5–10 years of sales experience in semiconductors, electronic components, electronics, industrial products, or related industries
Experience working with companies or trading firms from Japan is highly regarded
Strong business development capabilities, with the ability to identify and create new opportunities
Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills
Leadership potential and an interest in developing managerial capabilities
