Position: Design Engineer
Salary: 35,000 – 40,000THB +/- (Negotiable)
Location: Saraburi
Our client is a well-known automotive plastic products manufacturer.
Key Responsibilities of the position:
New Model Development: Review complexity, trouble history, MP condition; propose specifications, VA/VE, and conduct FTA/FMEA.
Part & Drawing Preparation: Issue quotation specification sheets, modification requests, part layouts, 3D data, and design order documents; prepare or review in-house drawings.
Production Verification: Check part layouts, specific data, MP pre-production conditions, production techniques, drawings, related documents, design changes, and customer proposals.
Quality Inspection: Inspect chemical substances, component parts, and theoretical weight of parts.
Customer Drawings: Review part drawings for each event.
Internal Documentation: Prepare company design-related documents.
Action Plan Control: Monitor and ensure alignment with company policies.
ISO/IATF Compliance: Ensure adherence to ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO9001, and IATF16949 standards.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
Experience: 0–2 years of design experience
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CATIA
