Costing Manager (Manufacturing)
Location : Bangkok
Job Responsibilities:
Cost Standardization
Lead the standardization of costing methodologies across key business partners and vendors.
Ensure consistency in cost structures to support pricing transparency and operational efficiency.
Maintain and improve centralized costing tools and reporting frameworks.
Cost Governance & Controls
Strengthen cost governance processes and ensure pricing accuracy across procurement activities.
Monitor compliance with approved pricing structures and internal controls.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cost discipline and process effectiveness.
Cost Analysis & Reporting
Review and analyze cost performance against approved standards and budgets.
Investigate cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
Support accurate financial reporting through reliable costing data and insights.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as a trusted business partner for costing and pricing-related matters.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on cost assumptions, planning, and reporting requirements.
Process Improvement
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, transparency, and data quality.
Support automation and digital solutions to improve reporting and decision-making.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in finance, cost management, financial controlling, or business finance.
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
Solid understanding of governance, internal controls, and compliance principles.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
Strong process improvement mindset with a track record of driving operational efficiencies.
Experience managing complex business processes in a dynamic environment.
Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, operations, consumer goods, retail, or related industries is an advantage.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; SAP or other ERP system experience preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in both Thai and English.
