  • Designing compensation benefits packages that align with the company’s strategy plans by structuring compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization.
  • Managing and researching compensation and benefits policies and plans.
  • Researching employee motives in order to implement appealing rewards and tailoring benefits programs based on staff needs.
  • Identifying trends and implementing new practices to engage and motivate employees.
  • Ensuring compensation and benefits plans are cost-effective and competitive.
  • Evaluating how effective the benefit packages are in terms of employee satisfaction.
  • Ensuring our compensation plans comply with the relevant legislation.
  • Working on job analysis, salary structure and surveys, and data & cost analysis, and designing reports and recommendations based on research and analysis for the Executive team.
  • Manage, streamline and update HR process and procedures.
  • Addressing employees’ queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations)
  • Reporting on costs incurred on HR operations to senior management
  • Guiding staff and management of company’s HR policies and regulations
  • Evaluating key HR metrics for monitoring performance.
  • Management of payroll data and vendor
Qualifications:
  • Fluently in Thai and English
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in HR Management or related field.
  • Proven 10+ years of experiences with HR C&B in both management and operations.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experienced in managing C&B overseas will be highly beneficial.
  • Good analytical skills, attention to details, hands-on.
  • Good knowledge in HR systems included skillful in MS excel.
  • Ability to manage team and external vendors.
