The Building and FA Division Staff role is a strong match for a Japanese-speaking professional with experience or interest in procurement, logistics and international trade operations This position will be involved in JIT delivery, shipment coordination, documentation, inventory monitoring and quality-related operational support.
Responsibilities
Process purchase orders and support accurate order management for imported JIT delivery operations
Coordinate import procedures, verify import documentation and monitor product pricing
Track delivery schedules, manage stock levels and support inventory accuracy
Prepare quotations, process orders and coordinate shipment arrangements for export and triangular trade operations
Arrange export packaging and shipping preparation while ensuring export documents are accurate and compliant
Monitor delivery schedules and communicate with customers, business partners and relevant stakeholders
Support quality control and quality management activities together with other related operational tasks
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management or a related field
Experience in material procurement, import and export operations or logistics is preferred
Good command of written and spoken English with a TOEIC score of 600 or above considered an advantage
Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N3 level or higher
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Detail-oriented and well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
