The Assistant Financial Manager role offers an opportunity to support financial operations, reporting, and compliance within a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional who can work closely with the Finance Manager to strengthen financial management, internal controls, and business decision-making.
Responsibilities
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Monitor and analyse financial performance, including variance analysis
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations
Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations
Coordinate with auditors and support year-end audits
Improve and maintain internal control procedures
Provide financial insights and recommendations to management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
8-10 years of experience in finance/accounting, with manufacturing experience considered a plus
Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards and tax regulations
Experience in ERP systems, such as SAP or similar
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
