Position Overview
Drive sales growth for aftermarket services related to pumps and rotating equipment. Build strong customer relationships, identify service opportunities, and deliver practical solutions that improve equipment performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new aftermarket sales opportunities in assigned customers/areas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Visit customer sites to understand issues and propose suitable service solutions.
Prepare proposals and close sales deals.
Work with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs (quality, cost, timeline).
Support maintenance activities such as shutdowns and upgrades.
Maintain existing service contracts and grow new long-term agreements.
Monitor customer equipment performance and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in rotating equipment or related industry.
Basic understanding of pumps or similar industrial equipment.
Experience in service, maintenance, or sales is a plus.
Good communication skills in English and Thai.
Able to work independently and build strong relationships.
Proactive, results-driven, and willing to take on challenges.
