Job Responsibilities
Manage and oversee employee accommodation and transportation arrangements
Coordinate and arrange meals for employees working off-site
Handle business visa and BOI visa processes for employees traveling overseas or supporting operations, including 90-day reporting and related documentation
Review and process administrative expense reimbursements, including receipt management
Plan and organize company activities such as team building events and annual parties
Procure, manage, and distribute office supplies and consumables
Control and monitor administrative budgets and expenses
Manage contracts, related documentation, and coordinate with vendors
Maintain office environment and provide back-office support (e.g., office equipment maintenance)
Support HR functions and other departments as assigned
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
At least 2 years of experience in administrative or related roles (experience in manufacturing is an advantage)
Good command of Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and good time management skills
Strong coordination skills and ability to multitask effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Service-minded with cost control awareness
Hardworking, patient, and able to work well under pressure
