Our client is an e-commerce company. They have own well-known brand in their market. They are looking for someone who has strong knowledge and experience in transportation and route operation management, preferably in e-commerce business with solid background in route planning skill.
Responsibilities:
- Manage operation day to day pick up-delivery plan to ensure that the process aligned with company policy and regulation
- Ensure transportation process up to standard without failure in cargoes pick-up
- Conduct cost control
- Escalated any transportation related issues either externally or internally
- Monitor and analyse team performance, find improvement feasibility and suggest logical problem-solving methods
- Investigate problems and provide corrective, preventive solutions
- Oversee manpower planning and made a hiring plan while coaching existing employees
Qualifications:
- 5 years working experience in Logistics business or related field
- Bachelor Degree in Logistics, supply chains, Engineering management is a plus
- Good background in transportation business is advantage
- Knowledgeable or have practical experiences in Bangkok traffic, route and road regulations
- Good analytical skill, structured and logical thinking, good problem solving and project management skill
- Excellence leadership skill is a must- able to guide and motivate subordinates
- Strong communication and negotiation skill
- Like challenges with can do attitude and get the job done
