Our client, a Japanese company which is famous for Retail business, is now seeking for Training Staff.
Scope:
- Train the store employees for the beauty knowledge and service manners
- Communicate with training Team for the latest training materials and methodologies
- Create evaluation system to validating skill and knowledge levels of the employees
- Provide product information to the stores in the manner useful for the sales work
- Support Store Operation Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degrees in any related fields
- Any Gender, Thai nationality
- Worked as beauty or cosmetics products seller and advisor at department store cosmetics zone for at least 3 years (or 5 years at cosmetics retailers)
- Has experience in teaching the juniors or subordinates on cosmetics and/or services
- Cosmetics and Beauty lover
- Customer oriented and valuing the work at store front
- Able to communicate in English
