Our client is a specialized intellectual property law firm in Thailand. The firm also extensively handles trademark and patent prosecution and enforcement cases through associates in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar.
Job Description:
- To communicate with Thai and Foreign clients in order to advise and obtain information for filing trademark applications
- To prepare information for filing trademark applications
- To provide support to related party to complete clients’ trademark portfolio
- To review documents for compliance with applicable laws regarding trademark and patent requirements
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in English or related field
- Thai Nationality, Male or Female, age between 23-30 years old
- At least 2-3 years experiences as a correspondent or similar role
- Experience in law firm would be advantage
- Good command in English both written and spoken
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Aware of the importance of discretion and confidentiality
- Attentive to details, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
