Job Description
- Leading business consulting project sales to sell our following project
- Business Process Improvement and Design
- Supply Chain Planning and Management Design
- Production Process Improvement (Industrial Engineering)
- Management Accounting Design
- Human Capital Management Design
- Business and IT Advisory Service
- PMO Service
- Target market analysis and creating new customer list to introduce Company's Consulting Service to target key contact and building relationship with executive level.
- Calling and approaching each contact to introduce consulting services.
- Create company profiles, service overview, and best practice overview for contacts to be interested in business consulting project.
- Analyze industry specific business issues and create approach for each process area.
- Industry expertise in High-Tech, Automotive, Process, Manufacturing, Consumer Product, Retail, Food and Beverage Industries.
- Negotiate price and payment terms, contract conditions and close with both parties.
- Close sales with the delivery team and manage activities to build stronger relationship with clients.
- Manage sales operational activities (Quotation, Proposal, LOI, Master Contract, Individual Contract, Service Completion Report, Billing, Collection)
Qualifications:
- 8 to 12 years of business process design, business analysis and process design.
- Experience working for Business Consulting Firm
- Holds Thai nationality and can work onsite in Bangkok.
- Have Competency skills (logical thinking, negotiation, team leadership) working on the consulting project.
- English(Business proficiency level), Thai(Native level)
- Experience of 5 business process consulting projects.
- Experience of 3 or more business consulting project sales closing
- Experience of project management.
Working time : Monday - Friday 8.30-17.30
