Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electricals, Mechatronics or related fields.
- Proficiency in After Sale Service of Machineries, Welding, Robots dustries.
- Business of English both written & spoken.
Responsibilities:
- 10 year's experience in oversea customer's claim manage.
- Able to repair, test, and maintain equipment of Welding, Robot, Automation.
- Key Global customers requiring support.
- Machine set up and installation, manual document set up.
- New Global Markets trial, Technical presentaion.
- Customer feedback, New customers seeking, Customer trainning.
- Good command in Sale figures and trends for Spares Business.
Working Hour: Monnday-Friday
Business: Automotive manufacturers.
