Our client is world’s leading sales and service in machinery, they are looking for potential who can fulfill their requirement as following;
Responsibilities:
- Ensure team have the necessary skills, training an information to meet the KPI’s that company is set.
- Develop individual performance and training plans for staffs.
- Deliver excellent customer service; manage customer relations& promote customer retention.
- Conduct regular customer visits to gauge customer satisfaction and check that we have met the high standards we set ourselves.
- Ensure all customer complaints are dealt with in a timely fashion to mutual satisfaction of both our customers and service dept.
- To answer customers’ calls, queries and complaints in a prompt and professional way.
Qualifications:
- Male, age 30 years old up.
- Bachelor's degree of Engineering majored in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or higher in related fields.
- At least 8 years in Service role in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Machinery is a must.
- Good communication in English (Speaking, Reading and Writing).
- Strong analytical thinking, technical skill and leadership skill.
- Able to work under pressure.
Remark:
- Salary: 60,000 – 80,000 THB/ month
- Working day: only Monday to Friday
Location: Pluakdaeng, Rayong
