Our client is Canadian Nationality Company, Bag Packaging Machinery is seeking for the position of Service Engineer who have background in machinery industry, Flexible packaging solution, please see more qualification as below;
Responsibilities:
- Perform in-house and on-site equipment installations ad start – ups
- Solve various equipment problems for customers
- Preventive equipment maintenance at various customers’ locations
- Provide over the phone technical support for customers
- Responsibility for a certain type of service or equipment for customers
- Master preventive maintenance of equipment and suggest improvements to customers during service calls
- Meet the demand for technical information from potential customers and promote company products to customers
- Develop and implement work procedures and methods
- Develop and provide specific technical service expertise to the team
- Apply different analysis and problem solving skills to diagnose and repair a variety of equipment
Requirements:
- Male, age of 27 – 35 years old
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or any equivalent training that includes specializes in mechanics, electrics, hydraulics and pneumatic
- 2-3 years of experience Service Engineer from Packaging Processing Machinery is prefer / or Machinery industry
- Must have technical skills in Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic parts and components, Automation and PLCs.
- Able to reading mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic blueprints and sketches , resign lay-out plan, Equipment start-uu, Power-off and power-up repair techniques
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic problems
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting on PLCs
- Preventive equipment maintenance, Training methods and Activity reports
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
