Our client, a Japanese Trading company is now looking for an experienced candidate to join as Office admin.
Qualifications:
- Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age between 25-35 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Administration, Accounting or related field
- Minimum 5-10 years' experience as office admin, general affair, accounting, import export
- Has basic knowledge of Import-export
- Good communication skills
- Good command both writing and reading in English
- Strong analytical problem solving and time management skill.
Job Descriptions:
- Order Cosmetic materials to Japan , deal with import process・passing customs, issue invoice to local clients (B to B), receivables managementsend money to Japanese head office.
- Payment roles and cash management.
- Over all accounting tasks, monthly closing, Tax report (Contact with a local accounting firm), report to Japan head office (In Japanese or English)
- Monitor and control Corporate important documentations
- Monitor coordination with outsourced on expatriates visa and work permit issues
- Support Board and Shareholders' meetings about legal issue as assignment
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
Working Location: BTS Chitlom area
