Our client is a multinational mobile application company. They are looking for mature and trustworthy person to join their team in Thailand.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain financial processes and controls necessary to support business, based on head office in oversea
- Responsible for company accounting process day to day transactions includes AR, AP, general ledger, fixed assets, and support month-end closing activities
- Prepare payment vouchers, cheques, bank transfer, account reconciliations, and monthly statements of cash and office’s expenses
- Review voucher, prepare invoice and tax invoice for the customers
- Ensure the accuracy of the trial balance and general ledger, includes accurate record of fixed assets, account receivable, bank accounts and tax filling
- Support expatriate CEO on budgeting and financial forecast for Thailand office
- Coordinate with overseas office, assist other tasks assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting/financial role
- Displays mature, multi-tasked, good team player and effective personnel communications skills
- Responsible and trustworthy with confidential information, out-going, multi-tasked, positive attitude, ability to work effectively on tight deadlines, and familiar with multinational working environment
- Good command of English

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
