Our client, is a Japanese Developer. They are looking for experience as Sales and Marketing to support their team.
Position: Sales and Marketing
Location: Bangna
Working time: 5 days a week: 09.00 - 17.00
Type of job: Permanent
Salary: 25,000 -40,000 THB
Responsibilities:
Search new potential clients and list up them based on market research result
Make proposal materials and have a presentation for clients
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints
Visit to clients and follow up clients
Issue Quotation, Invoice and some other sales documents
Create sales report and provide feedback to sales manager
Responsible for overall marketing tasks for expanding the market and create new customer development
Doing market research by using SNS such as Facebook, and collect essential data to analyze market, company business
Based on the analysis results, coordinate with Sales manager and sales staff

Qualifications:
Thai nationality, Male and Female 25 - 30 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields
Have 3-5 years experience in real estate development project or Investment banking in real estate project
Good command of English with conversational level
Able to use own car to visit clients.
Have personality of talented and proactive
