Our client, a Japanese company (manufacturing of flat glass) is now looking for an experienced candidate to join as Sales/Marketing Architect whose knowledge and experiences in construction industrial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convince Developer to priority local glass manufacture and spend more budget for high performance glass/value added glass
- Coordinate with Architect, Facade Consultant to specify product
- Coordinate with Construction Management, Project Management company to make sure that glass is proposed for bidding
- Create marketing tools for better communication from the view point of architect
- Participate in Event marketing to promote processed glass
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or higher in Architecture only (interior or landscape major cannot apply)
- Age 28-35 years old
- At least 3-5 years working experience (preferred experience in material/ construction)
- Experiences in building material specify, project coordinator is preferable
- Good speaking/communication in English
- Excellent presentation skill
Working Hour: 8:00 -17:00 (Mon-Fri)
