Our client, Japanese Insurance Broker is now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as a Sales Manager
Qualification
- Male or Female, Age between 30-45 years old
- At least 10 years’ experience in sales for insurance business
- Hold Life and Non-Life insurance Broker license
- Excellent command in speaking and writing English
- Able to travel up-country
- Management skill is required
Job Description
- Make sales strategy and sales planning to drive sales performance as company’s target
- Expanding new business with new potential clients
- Maintain relationship with existing clients
- Visit and present product to clients mainly in Industrial Estate area
- Supervise and coach sales team members
- Report to Japanese MD and AM Assistant
