Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Experience in retail sales over 10-15 years (Cosmetic or any products related to this field)
- Goal-oriented, pro-active, negotiation skill and strong sales team management
- Strong motivation and leadership ability to empower others, build effective team
- Business English level
Job Responsibilities:
- Leads Sales team to achieve established sales targets & profit for all business
- Maximize retail sales to grow market share, ranking and productivity of each POS; boutiques, counters, multi brand stores (over 25 sales point and manage 150 employees)
- Manage relationship with all major accounts, interfacing with the buyers, business, store manager and mall management.
- In charge of Retail Projects.
