Our client is Industrial products; Valve & Fitting / Filter, Trading And Assembly Service (Fluid System) is seeking for: Sales Manager / Asst. Sales Manager as below qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Understands & can train sales team to know the policies and quality goals of Swagelok Thailand and the department, and works proactively to achieve them.
- Monitor, Control & Manage the sales team for each market to Increase sales volume and achieved target.
- Motivate, Monitor and manage to build Sales team to acquire wide-ranging knowledge of Swagelok products and services as well as industry/application knowledge, understands market trends
- Take responsibility for activities, sales and appropriate profits in line with sales targets.
Requirements:
- Age 30 years old up
- Bachelor or Master Degree in any field, but Engineering or Science is preferable.
- At least 5 years’ experience of the manufacturing, oil & gas, petrochemical, and automotive industries in level Manager.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, negotiation, customer focus, proactive, and passion for team work.
- Good Command of English skill in Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking.
- Proficient use of MS Office.
- Good Presentation skills & Motivate skills
