Our Client , a Japanese IT Consulting & Solution Company is now looking for executive management level staff to manage the team
Job Description
- Managing the organization, preparing and planning business work plan, sales and marketing strategic direction for ensuring the achievement of company goal and targets
- Formulate sales and marketing plans strategies and expand company products and service
- Make the good relation and coordinate with all concerned parties, Third parties, Vendors to support and increase sales volumes
- Identify new opportunities and service to enlarge company network and keep close relation with major customer, key account etc.
- Build up manpower workforce and motivate and manage team performance, including planning, target setting align with business needs and direction.
Qualification required
- Age between 40-50 years old
- Thai nationality only
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer, IT, Engineering or related fields
- Experience in Top Management or Department Manager in IT Business, IT System Integration, IT Consulting Business
- Have a strong track record of deal, business development, negotiating & closing sales in the IT Solutions Sales & Services Business Development
- Strong Relationship Building and Negotiating Skills
- Ability to work under pressure and drive multiple contributing parties
- Strong business mindset /business process skill
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Leadership with strong team management
- Excellent English communication
Location : Asoke, Bangkok
Working time : Monday - Friday, 8.30-18.00
