Our client is leading of electronic manufacture that they are looking for a potential candidate who can fulfill their requirement as following;
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve all processes
- Optimize set up and program to improve process effectiveness.
- Analyze yield of processes to ensure process capabilities.
- Analyze defects to determine likely failure modes.
- Design and development of new tooling for new and /or existing processes.
- Design process flow and process capacity calculation.
- Monitor all process flow to ensure that the process is in control
- Design training method, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' related experience in PCBA Operation.
- In-depth knowledge of SMT technology and PCBA related fields.
- Experience in Fuji machine will be an advantage.
- Team player skill, Communication and presentation skills.
Remark:
- Salary: 35,000– 60,000 THB / month (Depend on experience)
- Working day: Only Monday to Friday / 8.00 -18.00
