Responsibility:
- Plan and implement sales/marketing strategies to achieve sales targets;
- Coach, supervise, train and lead distributors to achieve new business expansion;
- Maintain relationship with existing customers to maximize business growth and customer satisfaction;
- Liaison the support with Lord overseas to support or accelerate business achievement;
- Seek new customers and generate new business opportunities on a consistent basis;
- Monitor, analyze and maintain sales data and report them periodically;
- Provide timely and accurate information on competitor pricing and activities and set a proactive strategy to react appropriately while striving to maintain maximum profit margins;
- Responsible for gathering market and competitive intelligence;
- Sales forecasting & meet inventory targets;
- Meet or exceed the set sales performance matric;
- Conduct product trials, recommend products, and resolve customer complaints through coordinating with internal teams;
- Conduct Customer and Distributor Training programs.
Requirements:
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years related experience, preferably in a multinational organization.
- Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering or business related discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation skills and marketing knowledge.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and computer skills.
- Strong organization, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
