Qualifications
- Thai Nationality, Male or Female
- Bachelor or Master Degree in any related fields.
- At least 5 years’ experience in retail sales, fashion retail business is preferable.
- Strong initiative, strategic planning, result driven, analytical skills, presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in English and communication skills.
Job Description:
- Forecasting and developing annual sales; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; recommending pricing strategies; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand to determines annual and gross-profit plans
- Coordinating with Marketing & Merchandising team to develop marketing communication tools, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans to accomplish sales objectives
- Conducting training sessions for product & skill development to sale staffs
