Our client is Switzerland Company, A Sales & Service Machinery for the grain and food processing as well as for producing high-quality materials is seeking for Area Sales Manager in Leybold Optics Business. (supplier of Thin-film packaging manufacturing equipment and process, Metalizes, Film-Lines, Slitters, Converting-Equipment)
Report to: Managing Director (German)
Responsibilities:
- Development/ organization of the sales region, Thailand, Myanmar and Cambodia.
- Sales of machines and plant equipment in the sales region
- Development /Organization of the local sales network (SAS- Organization, Agents as required)
- Management and training of the local sales network
- Support of local sales network during customer visits (Presentations and negotiations)
- Preparation of budgets and sales strategies for the sales region
- Management of multinational key customers
- Responsible for achieving targets in each assigned sales region (equipment & customer service)
- It is envisaged that the successful applicant will take the overall lead for AM in Thailand as well as managing the specific sales responsibilities for Leybold Optics (LO).
Requirements:
- Thai Nationality, Male or Female
- Bachelor Degree in mechanical engineering, material development, chemistry or relevant professional experience
- Master Degree in business management or relevant - professional experience is an advantage
- 5 years of sales experience in advanced material industry
- Strong background of enhanced machinery products and in thin-film packaging, Metalizes, Film-Lines, Slitters of Converting-Equipment
- Knowledge of upstream and downstream process along the value chain of barrier packaging solution
- Have Sales experience in Asia; Thailand, Myanmar and Cambodia
- Strong Team leader skill
- Fluent on contractual level in English skill
- Willingness to travel
