There are many sales rep. office in Korean, Shanghai , U.S. and Thailand
Responsibilities:
- Purchasing Raw Materials support with Chinese customer in Thai and east-Asia.
- Dealing with Korean Head Quarter for internal process
- Responsible for administrative function of company
- Assisting in dealing with Thai Organization e.g. Bank, Revenue Department, and accounting Company.
- Assisting in dealing with some office supplies including, stationary, and ensure all are well prepared.
- Assisting for some travel arrangement including Visa, air ticket & Hotel Booking.
- Update the market information
- Reply the customer by phone or Email
- Any relevant job to assist Sales Manager
Requirements:
- Thai Nationality
- Bachelor’s degree of Arts or any related field
- Experienced working for purchasing or admin function at least 1 year
- Good command in English/ and Chinese language would be advantage
- Will work with person from Korea HQ
Location : BKK /BTS
Working hour: Monday-Friday 08.30-17.30
Small Representative office in Thailand -only 2 persons in office (working with direct supervisor)
