Our client is world leading's Electronics manufacturing, we are now looking for potential candidate
Responsibilities:
- Control manpower in SMT process.
- Leading the process improvements strategy for PCB Assembly and SMT
- Responsible for Control output, Productivity, Process Management to achieve the company target (equipment control, production yields, quality issue and etc).
- Department budget establishment and management (Labor, Overhead & Scrap)
- Ensuring the new products successful launch.
- Manpower and machine capacity calculation and analysis.
- Ensuring the accomplishment of IATF16949 / ISO14001 / OHSAS18001 standards (and other specific customer requirements).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 7 years professional experience in SMT Process.
- Strong manpower-management is very helpful.
- Have experience in PCBA process.
- Good command of English.
