Produce live E-Sports broadcasts
Direct & shot-call live broadcasts
Create and plan out all show elements and lead with direction, clear instruction and knowledge
Culture and develop broadcast production staff and ensure the production, quality and consistent development of live broadcast formats
Take on complete responsibility of a broadcast project
Lead the collaboration with colleagues in the planning, pre-production, and execution of weekly broadcasts
Ensure the production, quality and consistent development of our live broadcasts
Take direct responsibility for the success of the team
Look for new and different styles, techniques and methods to deliver top quality experiences to your audience
Be willing to learn new broadcast programs and techniques
Help build and set-up broadcasts from scratch
Have experience with and technical knowledge of all aspects of TV gear including vision switchers, audio desks, graphics output, replay machines (Such as EVS)
Understand the basics of online broadcasting, including streaming
Qualifications :
High attention to detail while executing a live broadcast. Every cue, transition, graphic, audio track and camera shot you will make perfect
Formal qualifications in Video, Media or TV
Experience with TV hardware and software
Strong prior experience broadcasting and streaming online
Fluent in verbal English is a must
Fast and proficient in all aspects of your work
Experience in a similar role and clearly shown in your CV and Showreel
