Our client is one of global food manufacturing partners. They are looking for candidates to join as Procurement Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Procure activity of raw materials, machinery, non-inventory in accordance with production schedule and company's requirements
- Calling in raw materials bases on MRP demand from MRP Planner ‘s information (Local and Non-Inventory of local items).
- Purchase order maintenance (bases on purchasing's databases)
- Follow-up PO with Supplier according to confirm the delivery date and inform to Production Planner and team
- Expedite and/or postpone Purchase Order upon the Sales Demand & Production Plan
- Co-coordinating with suppliers to receive the pre-shipment samples and pass to QA before ship out the raw materials if requested
- Co-ordinate with QA and Supplier for Raw material shelf life extension purpose
- Coordinate with suppliers, QA and Purchasing team regarding the material returns, reject and replacement
- Coordinate with suppliers, QA, Purchasing and Finance team regarding the material claim
- Update each Raw Material and Pack Material in the system
- Finding out the cost of Non-Inventory Materials and issue Purchase Order for Non-Inventory
- Manage and control the incoming PO to align with Inventory Management Policy
- Commercial aspects
- Other duties as assignment
Requirements:
- Thai Nationality
- Obtained Bachelor Degree in Logistic & Supply Chain, Humanity of English or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in purchasing & procurement
- Good command in both Thai and English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge in GMP & HACCP
