URGENT!!! Our Client, a Major International Jewelry Manufacturer, is urgently seeking a new member to join their growing team based at Lat-Krabung:
Qualifications:
- Thai, Male/Female
- Bachelors' or higher in Finance/Accounting or something related
- Work closely with HR in defining driver for people cost budgeting
- Gather relevant information from other business functions for budget planning and forecasting (F1, F2, F3), focusing on people cost to support FP&A consolidation of PPT overall budget and forecast
- Provide recommendations to the business functions regarding people cost budget planning and forecasting processes (including headcounts and OT planning)
- Coordinate with Plant Controller, HR, and other business functions to oversee PPT people cost
- Obtain insights on payroll information/structure from HR •Analyze key drivers that impact people costs (e.g. salary, fringe benefits, and OT)
- Provide value-added people cost structure analysis; assess people cost in comparison with outputs; provide recommendation for improvement
- Provide decision support and financial simulations for the business functions regarding people cost
- Gather relevant information to prepare people cost related reports and analysis as requested by PPT management
- Monitor and prepare actual people cost reporting, analyze variance and discuss with budget owner and HR for identify area for improvement
