Our client, New set- up company joint venture with 5 company in Thailand. Their business is real estate developer in Japan, and now they are seeking for an experienced candidate to join as an Office Coordinator Position;
Qualification:
- Thai Nationality, Female
- Age between 27 - 32 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or other related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in Office Administration, Accounting & Admin function
- Experience with Japanese Company is advantage
- Basic understanding of Thai Real Estate related laws and reviewing drawing maps is advantage
- Good command in English
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Job Description:
- Responsible for overall company administration functions and day to day operations
- Assist in the administration of expatriate to ensure validity of work permit and business visa
- Prepare payment vouchers, journal vouchers and accounting related documents including internet banking for company payment
- Apply and control correct vat, withholding tax and social security applications under accounting firm
- Coordinate and assist Real Estate Researcher's duties i.e. gathering market information
- Report directly to Japanese MD
