Our client is a Japanese company which is an Automotive Manufacturer. We are now looking for potential candidate as following details;
Responsibilities
- To manage all technician for preventive maintenance program and predictive program including manage machine downtime record report.
- To manage and ensure that facility and spare part including machine equipment repairing can support production.
- To analysis and investigate for root cause and create and create countermeasure the breakdown and downtime in machine and equipment.
- Creating or improvement maintenance procedures and work instruction to be performing effectively.
- PM plan, improvement machine to increase machine productivity and reduce machine breakdown.
- Creating preventive maintenance yearly plan and monthly plan.
Qualifications:
- Male, age 32 years old up, Thai nationality.
- Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Has experience in Maintenance 5 years up.
- Has experience in Heat treatment or Fabrication process.
- Strong knowledge in Heat treatment or Fabrication process.
- Knowledge in Automation machine.
- Knowledge in ISO / TS 16949
- Good command in English.
- Have experience for QCC and Kaizen activities.
