Our client is a global logistics company, is now looking for an experienced candidate or fresh graduate candidate to join as the detail below.
Qualification
- Thai nationality, Male or female 22-30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Japanese, Logistics or any field related
- Experience as Coordinator in logistics business is advantage
- Good command in Japanese (At least N3) and English
- Fresh graduate is preferred
- Able to work on rotating shifts and Thai National holiday is must
- Proficiency to use Microsoft office
- Detail-oriented, self-motivation, deadline and flexible
Job description
- Prepare logistics documentation, verifying on data base, update shipment data
- Generate and send payment documents
- Coordinate and communicate with clients through e-mails, skype or phone call
- Other task as assigned
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday, Working rotating shifts
- 6.30 AM - 3.30 PM
- 8.00 AM - 5.00 PM
- Work on Thai National Holidays
Allowance:
- Bonus is start from 1 month

- Around 10 annual leaves
