Our clients are some well-known Japanese. They are looking for candidates to join as Legal Manager.
Qualification:
- Thai nationality, Male or Female age 30-40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Laws, Business Law.
- At least 5 years' working experience in Corporate Legal filed, Compliance Officer.
- Having knowledge in Internal Audit with Manufacturing filed.
- Must Proficiency in English Language. TOEIC Scores at least 650 up.
- Good interpersonal skill with “Can do” attitude. Prefer to work with Japanese Company.
Responsibilities:
- Check internal compliance and governance.
- Related to the government work.
- Establish the legal and internal Audit organization.
- Advice the decision point of view.
- Communicate with other affiliates related to global legal topics.
- Advice the improvement plan to the internal department from the compliance and governance points.
