• Has working experience as legal or lawyer at least 2 years
• Fluent in English and Japanese
• Thai nationality only
Job Description:
• Research and provide and legal advice and legal updates to business and other supporting units for corporate matters and daily basis on compliance policies and issues.
• Prepare relate documents of legal proceedings and identify implications for cases from legal precedents or other legal information.
• Draft and review commercial agreements and prepare relevant legal documents
• Analyse legal and compliance risks and provide assessment to the top management.
