ลูกค้าของเราเป็น บริษัท นานาชาติที่กำลังเติบโตอย่างรวดเร็วในด้านรสชาติอาหารและเครื่องดื่มในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ อาหาร ธุรกิจในประเทศไทย
ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่:
- ดำเนินการโครงการประยุกต์ใช้รสชาติตามความล่าช้าสุขอนามัยคุณภาพ และ ความปลอดภัย
- เลือกรสชาติจากฐานข้อมูลหรือชั้นวางสินค้าตามคำขอของลูกค้า
- ลิ้มรสและประเมินรสชาติที่มีอยู่รวมทั้งปริมาณที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเป้าหมายของลูกค้า
- ลิ้มรสรสชาติและใช้งานได้หากจำเป็น
- จัดเตรียมตัวอย่างรสและส่งให้ ลูกค้า.
- Set up internal tasting sessions (evaluation panels) and take corrective actions with applications department.
- Work closely with all R&D departments: applications, creations, etc.
- Clean laboratory rooms and equipment’s, with help of all R&D team.
- Update ALEXIUM (internal ERP) products specifications like organoleptic profiles, etc.
- Be involved in HACCP and ISO norms.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Degree in food technology or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in food sciences or technology.
- Dynamic, fast and flexible team player within a multi-cultural team.
- Good Command in English, computer literacy, knowledge of the food industry area.
