Position: KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - REFRIGERATION FOR FOOD RETAILS
Salary: THB 80,000 - 100,000
Location: BANGKOK
Responsibilities:
Define sales strategy for a new product platform toward achieving revenue targets.
Partner with Commercial Refrigeration Business Unit to refine value proposition while converting leads.
Collaborate with territory and distribution sales leaders to ensure OEMs and retrofit partners support end user specifications.
Engage with engineering, legal and other departments as needed to complete technical and commercial specifications, agreements, contracts or other documentation.
Proactively drive expansion opportunities with existing customer base.
Highly-engaged use of CRM to manage and report on growth opportunities & projects.
Timely response to Business Team or Sales Leadership requests for critical information.
Attend product training while committing to self-study to enhance product and industry knowledge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Engineering, business or related field
At least 5 years industry experience: Proven track record driving revenue growth of services or commercial refrigeration solutions to retail and grocery chains
Strong communication skills
Experience with CRM toward accurate forecasting
· Process orientation, Proven analytical skills toward problem solving
High level of personal initiative, energy and ownership of business results
