Job Description:
- Pursuing profitable results with the customer’s accounts that are being assigned.
- Solving and responding customers’ complaints related to domestic sales and services.
- Attending to customers’ requirements or preferences to develop new customers, maintaining and increasing sales amount of existing customers and customer’s satisfaction.
- Performing as Product Line Manager to solve and responding customers’ inquiries of that product category.
- Cooperating with technical service to support customers’ inquiries.
- Initiating and following up new opportunities, including supporting sales team to close sales opportunities
Qualification:
- Female/Male is prefer, Age 25 - 30 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field
- At least 3-5 years of working experience Having prior experience in multi-national companies
- Excellent command in Japanese (N2) and communicable in English language
- Able to use own car
